Youth Children and Family

The Youth Ministry of the Collinsville Church of Christ welcomes all youth of all ages.  Our
ministry seeks to empower young people to live out their faith in the world and equip them for
a lifetime of service in God's kingdom.

We accomplish this through many different ways, including:

  • Bible classes every Sunday (9:30am) and Wednesday (7pm).
  • Worship on Sundays (10:30am and 6pm)
  • Regularly scheduled devotionals
  • Youth-led worship every quarter on Sunday evening
  • Participation in "Leadership Training for Christ" (LTC)
  • Retreats and camps
  • Community service projects
  • Mission trips
  • Fellowship and fun activities

If you are a family with children and are looking for a place for them to serve, meet other Christian
young people, and be spiritually formed, please come join us for worship, class, or any of our activities.
You are welcome at Collinsville!

Spiritual Formation

Bible study is a vital part of Spiritual formation.

The Bible is fascinating, rich, and diverse, with powerful stories about God and his people.

But as interesting as the Bible is, knowledge is not the end goal.

Jesus said that the Scriptures point towards Him. By reading and meditating over Scripture, and then applying it to our lives, we seek to become more and more like our savior, Jesus Christ.

The education ministry seeks to establish priorities and goals through Bible class programs. Functioning through several departments based primarily on age, this ministry should assure the effective and timely instruction in Bible doctrine and Christian living.

Some of our classes include:

Cradle Roll (Age 0-2)

Toddler (Age 2-3)

Pre-school (Age 4-5)

Primary (Grades 1-2)

Junior (Grades 3-5)

Middle School/High School

Adult: Harold Achimon/Scott Sides
